How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account. Alternatively, send an email to support@kowanzmedia.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

How do I report a bug?

Please email us at support@kowanzmedia.com with a description of the issue, the device you're using, and your operating system version. Screenshots are helpful!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions. Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store.

How do I request my personal data?

You can request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@kowanzmedia.com. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on your data rights.
